2.4 Location Information (Vensor Yodha App)

For users who download and use the Vensor Yodha mobile application, particularly salespersons and field personnel, we may collect and process location information (including precise GPS location, where permitted by your device settings) while the app is in use and, where enabled, in the background.

We collect this information to:

  • Track the real-time and historical locations of salespersons and field staff.
  • Monitor attendance, field visits, customer meetings, and travel routes.
  • Improve sales operations, territory management, and workforce efficiency.
  • Verify visits to dealers, distributors, retailers, and customer locations.
  • Enhance employee safety and provide operational support where necessary.
  • Prevent misuse of company resources and ensure compliance with company policies.

Location data is collected only after obtaining the necessary permissions from your device, and you may manage or revoke these permissions through your device settings. However, disabling location access may limit or prevent certain features of the Vensor Yodha app from functioning properly.

Location information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law and is protected using appropriate security measures.
